Before becoming a sleep consultant, I spent 10 years as a qualified optometrist — a registered healthcare professional with the General Optical Council. That clinical background changes everything. I understand anatomy, physiology, and how a developing baby's brain and body actually work. Sleep isn't just tiredness. It's hormones, developmental stages, and behaviour — and I approach it that way.
I also understand the psychology — not just your baby's, but yours. The anxiety. The guilt. The desperate 3am Google searches. Real change needs a plan you actually trust and can stick to. That's what I build.
As a Level 6 Accredited Holistic Sleep Consultant, I work with you 1-on-1 to understand your baby's patterns, your routine, and what you've already tried. Then I build something that actually fits your life — and support you through every step of it.
